Lady Golfers

La Cala Resort obviously has a special attraction for ladies playing the Ladies European Tour. Having established itself as the preferred venue for that tour’s annual qualifying school, La Cala Resort was recently chosen by Iben Tinning as an ideal place to prepare for the World Cup at Sun City later this month, where she will represent Denmark. Iben has won 5 times on the European Ladies Tour and has played in the Solheim Cup, representing Europe against the American ladies. She intends to take a break after the World Cup, until the tour returns from Australia to Europe in May for the Tenerife Open. No doubt she will re-visit La Cala during March and April to prepare for the coming season. We wish her good luck in Sun City.
