CUDECA COMPETITION

Although the numbers entering Friday’s event at Calanova were fewer than expected, due to the plethora of other events taking place, sixteen golfers and their significant others turned up for the presentation dinner at the splendid Vista del Mar restaurant, situated at Miraflores Beach. There may have been a shortage of numbers, but there was no shortage of generosity, as 460 Euros was raised for Cudeca. Our thanks go to the Tamisa Hotel, Mijas Golf, Sta. Maria Golf Club and Calanova Golf Club, who all provided valuable prizes and items for auction.

The competition was won by Joe Matthews from the Miraflores Golf Club, who managed 41 points from a handicap of 17.
