Golf Course´s prices

Everyone is aware that the economic situation these days is far away from good, some of us have had to reduce the number of games we play to adjust to it. The truth is that Golf Courses are struggling too as the number of green fees this year are considerably lower than last years even at the most popular courses on the Costa del Sol.

Luckily for us players this could mean that we could see some succulent offers in the near future even though traditionally on the Coast the strategy has been to put the prices up when they had less business… this time things seem different as there are more courses than 7 years ago and some of them are desperately in need of clients to cover their investment or in some cases to actually build the club house.

What do you think golf courses should do in order to get more clients, I always thought that golf societies have been a great way to play for less but I would like to play more than I do (probably like most of us)
