MARBELLA GOLF COURSE RE-VAMPED

On October 18th, the Marbella Golf Club expect to unveil the new and improved version of their classic Trent Jones designed course. Regulars who knew the old set-up well, will not see many changes until they reach the 7th, which now replaces the original 11th hole, while the 8th replaces the 12th  The 9th, 10th & 11th holes are new, being respectively a par 3, a par 4 and a par 3, the 11th hole playing from the original 18th tee to the old 7th green. The new 12th hole, a par 4, reverses what used to be the 7th. The rest of the holes remain in their original order, but with some fundamental improvements, including a new green for the par 5 seventeenth.
