THE ANDALUCIA OPEN AT PARADOR
Posted March 26th, 2010 by adminThe Royal Málaga Golf Club is hosting its third European Tour event this week, following the Turespaña Masters (1991 and 1999). The last event was won by our own Miguel Angel Jimenez, who should start as favourite this week. The course has made a remarkable recovery after months of almost continuous rain, but the fairways will be soft enough to ensure that the course plays to its true length of just under 7,000 yards. The good news is that entry for spectators is free for the first two days, and only 10€ on Saturday and Sunday, or 15€ for both days. So why not turn up to watch some of Europe’s most talented golfers, with the chance to see yourself starring on Sky Sports TV!
LIMITED START TIMES – BOOK NOW!
As the Costa del Golf shows definite signs of recovery this year, the choice of start times and preferred golf courses is much more limited than last year, as golf tourists begin to return to the coast after having
tried pastures new during the recession. This owes much to the fact that more of our golf courses are trimming their prices in order to compete with with the growing number of new destinations and golf resorts.
However, Golf Leisure Breaks have some pre-booked start times available at some of the best courses.
Some great packages are now available during the high season. Seven nights in a luxury apartment with 5 days of unlimited golf (including shared buggy) for as little as 319€ per person is just one example.
