MAPS Charity Golf attracts over 100 players

THE second of the four golf days making up the MAPS Charity Golf Circuit 2010 took place at Santa Maria Golf on June 26th. Well over 100 golfers enjoyed a fabulous day’s golf in the sun followed by lunch, prizegiving and a charity auction. In the event, over 2000€ was raised for this registered charity with the first prize consisting of two nights’ B&B at the Guadalpin Hotel Marbella  going to Mr. Ari Marttila. Other prizes donated came courtesy of Ryan Air, Aer Lingus and Jet2.com amongst others. A special thank you to Santa Maria for providing courtesy of the course which was a decisive factor in the high turnout.
